Reginfrid (786-814) was co-King of Denmark with Harald Klak from 812 to 813, succeeding Sigfrid and Anulo and preceding Horik I.
Biography[]
Reginfrid was born in 786, the son of Halfdan Haraldrsson and the brother of Anulo, Harald Klak, and Hemming Halfdansson. On Anulo's death in battle in 812, his followers proclaimed Reginfrid and Harald the new co-rulers of the Danes, but they were ousted from power by Gudfred's sons in 813. Reginfrid was killed in a failed attempt to reclaim his throne in 814.
