Biography[]
Razak Razman was born in 1947 in Panau City, Panau to a Muslim family. He was nicknamed "the Razor" due to allegations that he killed his victims with a razor and bathed in their blood, tying in with the suspicions that he was an organized crime figure. Razman owned a mansion in the Ramai Rakyat Islands, and he became the leader of the Roaches paramilitary group during the 2010 Panauan Civil War, leading their forces from his mansion. Razman's militia was influential in overthrowing Pandak Panay's dictatorship with the help of Central Intelligence Agency agent Rico Rodriguez. Razman was a staunch supporter of economic liberalism, opposing the government's dirigist restrictions on commerce and supporting free trade (at least as a means of smuggling drugs and oil to other countries). However, he was an equally fervent opponent of the free press, hiring Rodriguez to assassinate the paparazzo Indra Eka Muljana and a Singaporean journalist who reported on his corruption.
