Rayyaan al-Rahmani (died 29 September 2023) was a Libyan al-Qatala terrorist. In 2023, he and several other al-Qatala terrorists attempted to overrun a United States diplomatic building in Benghazi, only to be killed by a team of US Navy SEALs sent to replace the embassy's classified files with disinformation.
