
Raide "Ray" Babino (1962-2008) was a Messina crime family enforcer. In 2008, Babino was killed by contract killer Niko Bellic during the Battery Park construction site shootout.

Raide Babino was born in Little Italy, Manhattan, New York City in 1962 to a family of Italian immigrants. Babino became involved with the American Mafia during his twenties, and he was hired as an enforcer for the Messina crime family.

In 2008, Babino was sent to be one of the guards at Yusuf Amir's construction site in Battery Park, Lower Manhattan, and he served as a lookout on top of a construction crane. Niko Bellic was sent by Playboy X to take care of Amir's union problem by killing the mobsters involved with the union strike, and Bellic was given a sniper rifle by Playboy X. Bellic shot Babino from the rooftop of a nearby skyscraper, causing Babino to drop his AK-47 assauult rifle and fall backwards, dying on the crane.
