Randy Neugebauer (24 December 1949-) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-TX 19) from 3 June 2003 to 3 January 2017, succeeding Larry Combest and preceding Jodey Arrington.
Biography[]
Randy Neugebauer was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1949, and he was raised in Lubbock, Texas. He was long involved with the real estate business before going on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 2003 to 2017 as a Republican. He was the most conservative member of the House during his tenure.
