Rambo Harna was a Romanian Roma criminal. On 29 May 2018, he was reported by Detective James VanEtten to be a member of a network of possible undocumented immigrants conducting "flim-flam" money scams around local supermarkets and stores in Neptune City, New Jersey. The Romani criminals would trick cashiers into giving them back more money than they had given them, profiting from this.
