Ralph Kowalczyk (born 1984) was a Polish-British archivist who lived in Westminster, London during the 2020s. He took multiple selfies while under fire, and he joined the DeadSec hacktivist group in 2020.

Ralph Kowalczyk was born in Szczecin, Poland in 1984, and he later moved to London, England, where he married a woman named Isabella. He became an archivist, streaming live church services every Sunday, writing a blog called Spiffy Thrifty on Nifty, and publishing online reviews of banned books. He heard that DeadSec members were criminals, but he was recruited into the group in 2020.
