Raimondo de Garcia

Raimondo de Garcia (1680-1717) was a captain of the Spanish Army.

Biography[]

Born in Havana, Cuba, Garcia was a captain of the Spanish Army garrison that was stationed on the island as of 1715, fighting in the War of the Spanish Succession. In July 1715 he and a group of Spanish soldiers arrived at the tavern to break up a fight between Edward Kenway (disguised as Duncan Walpole) and a group of pirates, but Kenway dropped a smoke bomb and fled.
