
Ragheb Harb (1952-16 February 1984) was a Shia cleric from Lebanon and a leader of the Amal Movement.
Biography[]
Ragheb Harb was born in 1952 in Jibchit, South Lebanon, Lebanon to a Shia Muslim family. He was a Shia imam, and he became a leader of the Amal Movement, the first Shi'ite party in Lebanon, leading them against Israel during the Lebanese Civil War. On 16 February 1984, Harb was assassinated by Israel.
