Rafika Masaad was a German policewoman who served as a homicide detective in the Berlin Police during the 2010s.
Biography[]
Rafika Masaad was born in Berlin, Germany to a family of Iraqi descent, and she joined the Berlin Police as a homicide detective. Masaad worked with detectives Erol Birkan and Aykut Kubat, mostly targeting the Tarik-Amir clan's drug trafficking operations during the 2010s. In 2018, during a raid on Hakim Tarik-Amir's hideout, she attempted to arrest Tarik-Amir, only to fall through a hole concealed by a rug, injuring her leg and head. Masaad was placed on medical leave as a result, and she continued to serve as Birkan's confidant even during her hospital stay.
