Biography[]
Rafferty Blackburn was born in 1878 in London, England, and he supported the German Empire during World War I, as he saw the United Kingdom's role in the war as being an aggressor against Germany. In 1916, Blackburn, Hamilton Marple, and Mirabelle Farraday were assassinated at a house where they had radio communications with the German military, with Lydia Frye killing the three of them.
