Raffaella Grandi

Raffaella Grandi was the administrator of the Mainaghi Group during the 1990s.

Biography[]

Raffaella Grandi worked for Michele Mainaghi's company for over 20 years before being appointed the Mainaghi Group's administrator in 1992, following Mainaghi's suicide. She worked for his daughter, Bibi Mainaghi, and she was later confronted by policeman Luca Pastore over the Mainaghi Group's sale of tainted blood through Zenit Pharmaceuticals. Pastore revealed that he had been infected with HIV from the blood, leading to Grandi agreeing to search for the files on the blood. She later took Pastore to Zenit, where he was ambushed by Bibi Mainaghi. Mainaghi showed Pastore the files related to the blood, showing that the blood had been infected by Lemures, a Barbados-based company, and that Mainaghi had sued Lemures in 1989. Later, Pastore discovered that the case had been forged, and he called Grandi about the situation. Grandi later informed him that the blood bags were due to go on the market, helping Pastore in preventing them from being sold.
