Radimir Lepushin (1769-) was the President of Russia from 1795. A man with a policy of truth yet a jug head, he was an agrarian, industrial revolutionary, and a stallholder, managing Russia's economy well. Lepushin overthrew the government of Yekaterina II of Russia, and made a republic.
