The Rugged, Ground-Based Missile Launcher-1 (RGBML-1) was a transport erector launcher (TEL) that was developed by Haiti from 1951. Using GAZ or Ford Motor Company-made vehicles, the Haitian Army built around 300 RGBML-1s for use as missile-launching vehicles that could adapt to the terrain of Haiti, using M1951 Durce or Type 27 Guay shells.
