General Quinn MacMillan (1963-) is a retired British officer that served as a captain in the SAS and a general at the position of Baseplate.

Biography[]

Pripyat[]

He worked alongside Lieutenant John Price to assassinate the Ultranationalist leader and arms dealer known as Imran Zakhaev in the radioactive ruins of Pripyat, Ukraine. Afterwards, MacMillan's leg was seriously injured by a crashing helicopter and had to be carried to the extraction point at the Ferris wheel. He provided sniper cover until their extraction arrived, nearly dying to Zakhaev's men.

Though the assassination was deemed a failure after the fact and the leg injury forced the captain to no longer operate in field duty, MacMillan praised Price for his assistance and recommended him for the rank of Captain, which he attained in 2011.

World War III[]

MacMillan later attained the position of Baseplate, serving at the SAS command center during World War III. His friend and former comrade Captain Price contacted him for information on Waraabe, cashing in the favor MacMillan owed him at Pripyat. Later, a vengeful Price was given information by MacMillan on Vladimir Makarov's Czech castle in the outskirts of Prague, as well as a large list of equipment. After the end of World War III, MacMillan assisted Price with intel on Makarov's location and the layout of the Hotel Oasis in Dubai.
