Quinciano Sepúlveda Ruiz (1954-) was a Cuban-American criminal who was affiliated with the Montana Cartel in Miami, Florida during the 1980s. He served as one of Tony Montana's chauffeurs and bodyguards during his trips to the Bahamas.
