Queretaro is a state of north-central Mexico, with Queretaro serving as its capital. The state borders San Luis Potosi to the north, Guanajuato to the west, Hidalgo to the east, and Michoacan to the southwest, and its climate includes both desert and rainforest. In 2015, Queretaro had a population of 2,038,372 people.
