Qi Zhiyuan (died 1524) was an agent of the Templar Order from China.
Biography[]
Qi Zhiyuan was sent by the Emperor Jiajing, a member of the Templar Order, to track down the Assassin Order apprentice Shao Jun as she headed to Italy to seek out the advice of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who was dying. Armed with a hand cannon, he led an attack on Auditore's villa and dueled Ezio outside of his house, pushing him against a tree. However, he was stabbed in the eye by Ezio's knife, slowed with poisoned darts from Shao Jun, and finally stabbed through the head by Ezio's sword.
