Puma Chavez was a Bolivian cocalero and the leader of the SNPC (National Society of Coca Producers) trade union during the 2010s. A native of Tabacal department, he rallied the cocaleros against the Santa Blanca Cartel, resulting in Madre Coca sending a hit squad to assassinate him as he gave a speech at the Barrientos Coop in 2019. He declined Major Anthony Perryman's advice to cancel his speech and, with the help of Perryman's American Ghost Recon team, he fought off the cartel sicarios and rallied the farmers to the side of Kataris 26.
