The Pucara gas convoy attack occurred in 2019 when a team of American special forces operatives ambushed a Santa Blanca Cartel gasoline convoy in rural Pucara, Bolivia.
As part of their efforts to weaken the cartel in Pucara, Major Anthony Perryman and his Ghost Recon team intercepted a gasoline convoy run by the Santa Blanca Cartel. The Americans, together with Kataris 26 rebels, attacked the convoy on a rural road and overwhelmed its guards before capturing the oil truck and tagging it for Kataris 26 to retrieve.
