Princess Sheeftah of Africa (born 29 September 774) was the Queen of Shewa from 9 August 781 with King Omar of Shewa.
Biography[]
Sheeftah was born on 29 September 774 to the Muhallabids, a dynasty of Sunni Muslim Bedouin. She was the daughter of Sultan Umar of Africa and Sultana Aisha of Africa, and on 21 March 776 she was betrothed to marry the future King Omar of Shewa, then a prince of the Kingdom of Berbera.
