Preston in 1933.
Preston Hanks (1905 - 1999) was an American lawyer and Carl Denham's personal assistant.
Biography[]
Preston was born in Philadelphia in 1905. He studied laws at Hardvard University but he didn't end his career.
In 1933, Preston was Carl Denham's young assistant, he was described as " a mess up kid who failed law school" feeling sorry about him, Denham took him in. Preston was sitting outside when Denham was telling the board about Skull Island. When Denham walk out, he ask him for the glass cup which Denham used to hear that the studio is pulling the plug. So he and Denham walk out, Denham tells him he wants the Cast and Crew on the Ship within the Hour, Preston begged Denham not to do this. However Denham order him to tell the crew the Studio is under pressure, but he told him its not everything.
As they hop in a Cab, the board chase after them, but managed to Drive off. While driving to the Docks, Preston reveal to Denham that Marian pulled out and talk about finding a new leading lady to fit Marian's clothes. Though Denham suggested Fay Wray, except Preston reveals she's doing a Picture at R.K.O., that was being directed by Merian C. Cooper. So Denham went to go find a lady while he head to the Docks. Preston survived all the dangers of the island and was shown when Jack Driscoll tried to get everyone out of the theater before Kong broke out. He survived the Kong Incident.
He managed to end his career as lawyer in 1934. He died in 1999.
