Pope Leo VII (880-13 July 939) was pope from 936 to 939, succeeding Pope John XI and preceding Pope Stephen VIII.

Leo was elected by Alberic II of Spoleto as pope in 936, although he did not want to be pope. He reigned for just three years, and his only actions were to grant privileges to monasteries, negotiating between Alberic and Hugh of Cluny, and allowing Archbishop Frederick of Mainz to expel Jews that refused to be baptized. He died on 13 July 939 of a heart attack while having sex with his mistress.
