Plague, Inc. was an American criminal organization based from a skyscraper office building in Downtown Los Angeles, California. The organization was founded by a Pakistani-American criminal known only as "Plague", and it was initially active in 2020 before becoming dormant following the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Plague resurfaced in January 2024, reopening his office and using his $1 million in savings to expand his criminal enterprise to include an air freight business and a document forgery racket. Plague allied himself with Romanos MC president Slugs Piombino, and Piombino was often on SecuroServ's payroll while working for Plague, Inc.
