
Phineas Miner (27 November 1777-15 September 1839) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-CN AL) from 1 December 1834 to 3 March 1835, succeeding Jabez W. Huntington and preceding Samuel Ingham. Born in Winchester, he practiced law before serving in the state house and senate, in Congress, and as a probate court judge in Litchfield.
