Felipe "Philly" Barzaga was a Yaran mechanic and guerrilla who fought for the Familia Montero and Movimiento Libertad during the Yaran Revolution of 2021.

Philly and his pet dog, Chorizo
Philly Barzaga was born in Madrugada,Yara to an Afro-Caribbean family. He worked as a mechanic for Carlos Montero and his family, priding himself on his "Philly Magic" when it came to crafting weapons and machines. He also adopted a disabled dog named Chorizo, who walked around while strapped to a wheeled cart that replaced his hind legs.
After Anton Castillo's rise to power and his confiscation of Carlos Montero's land for the production of Viviro, Barzaga and the Monteros became guerrillas. In 2021, Movimiento Libertad guerrilla Dani Rojas became acquainted with Barzaga while attempting to contact the Monteros, and the two became fast friends; Barzaga developed a crush on her. Barzaga persuaded Rojas to bring him materials for his creations, which included a napalm-producing truck and a 1950s warplane capable of dropping napalm on General Jose Castillo's Viviro plantations.
