Philippe-Francois de Rastel de Rocheblave (23 March 1727 – 3 April 1802) was the Governor of Kaskaskia in Illinois under Great Britain.

Philippe-Francois de Rastel de Rocheblave was born on 23 March 1727 in Savournon, Hautes-Alpes, France. Rocheblave fought in the Seven Years' War as commander of Fort de Chartres for the French Army in French Louisiana, and he established a business at Kaskaskia in Illinois. Rocheblave became its governor under the British in 1774 after governing Fort Sainte-Genevieve for Spain, and in 1778 Rocheblave was captured while in bed with his wife by George Rogers Clark and the patriots in his Illinois campaign, and he would escape parole in Virginia and flee to New York City. After the war, his family settled in Montreal, Canada and then at Varennes, being involved in the fur trade near Detroit. From 1796 until his 1802 death, he served in the Legislative Assembly of Lower Canada, as would his sons.
