Philip MacGuire (1852-1898) was an American outlaw who was affiliated with O'Driscoll Boys gang of the Wild West. In 1898, he and several other O'Driscolls engaged in the theft of a stagecoach en route to Valentine, Nebraska, only for the Arizona Kid to track them down to their campsite, ambush and kill them, and recover the wagon for Alden Carruthers.
