Phelippe (14 November 839-) was Chancellor of Retz from 867 to 876 under Hastein. He came from a Catholic Breton family, but he unflinchingly served his pagan Viking lord. On 19 June 867, Hastein spread word that Phelippe might be a sodomite, as he was unmarried, childless, and showed more attention to the men at court than to the women. On 12 June 876, he was replaced as Chancellor by Bronmael.
