Pete Lacour (1941-) was a New Orleans drug dealer who was associated with the Marcano crime family.
Biography[]
Pete Lacour was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and he became a drug dealer in the Frisco Fields district under Marcano associate Bobby Bastian. Lacour, who was regarded as not being very bright, was busted having sex with hookers in exchange for PCP on several occasions, but his ties to Bastian got him off the hook every time. In 1968, Lincoln Clay interrogated him and discovered that Bastian was moving PCP around in taxis, storing the cash at the dispatch garage. Clay decided to recruit Lacour into the Black Mob afterward.
