The People's National Congress Reform (PNCR) is a social democratic political party in Guyana that was founded in 1957 as a splinter group of the People's Progressive Party. The party has historically received the support of Guyana's Black population, but is now a multi-ethnic organization.

Forbes Burnham founded the PNC in 1957 as a rebuke of PPP leader Cheddi Jagan's radical Marxist policies, and the PNC was supported by the British government and the American CIA as an alternative to the revolutionary PPP. The PNC won power in 1964 despite winning fewer votes than the PPP, and it remained in power following fraudulent elections in 1968, 1973, 1980, and 985. In 1992, free and fair elections saw the PNC be defeated by the PPP. The PNC briefly returned to power from 2015 to 2020 as part of the "A Partnership for National Unity" (APNU) alliance.
