Pelios of Kotronas (472-426 BC) was a Spartan polemarch who commanded the garrison of Daidalos Fort in Messara, Crete during the Peloponnesian War. In 426 BC, he was assassinated by the mercenary Kassandra during her infiltration of the fort, and his seal was brought back to the Athenian general Demosthenes for a reward.
