Pasquino Gonzaga (died 1476) was a member of the Florentine Guard during the Renaissance. In 1476, he was sent to question Leonardo da Vinci after a witness reported seeing Da Vinci meet with Ezio Auditore da Firenze, and he threw Da Vinci to the ground and repeatedly kicked him after Da Vinci denied knowing Auditore. Ezio responded by using his newly-acquired hidden blades to assassinate Gonzaga, and he saved Da Vinci, who used Gonzaga's body for his anatomical experiments.
