Ousaka Enterprises is a Japanese yakuza group and subsidiary of the Omi Alliance yakuza federation of the Kansai region. By 2012, Naoki Katsuya had led Ousaka Enterprises to become one of the most powerful factions within the Omi Alliance, and it used Katsuya's Osaka Talent talent company as a front for its blackmail, prostitution, and drug dealing activities, and also operated several waste disposal sites to bury evidence of their crimes (including people). In 2012, Katsuya went against Omi chairman Tsubasa Kurosawa after he discovered Kurosawa's clan to eliminate the leaderships of both the Omi Alliance and the rival Tojo-kai federation, warning Goro Majima of the Tojo-kai to protect himself and Tojo Chairman Daigo Dojima. Ousaka Enterprises' captain Kamon Kanai attempted to oust his boss Katsuya, allying himself with Kurosawa, and he, Kurosawa, and Kurosawa's son Masato Aizawa combined forces for an invasion of Tokyo, aiming to seize the city from the Tojo-kai. Katsuya joined them, only to show his true colors when he joined forces with the Tojo-kai, Watase-gumi, Yamagasa-gumi, and Kitakata-gumi to defeat the Omi invasion. Kurosawa and Kanai were arrested, putting an end to Kurosawa's plan.
