Ouchi Nakasada (died 1187) was the daimyo of the Ouchi clan and lord of Suo Province from Yamaguchi Castle. Nakasada was an ally of the Yashima Taira and declared war on the Kamakura Minamoto in 1187 to defend the Taira in the Genpei War. Nitta Tomareyoshi, a retainer of the Kamakura Minamoto, attacked his small army and killed both Nakasada and general Tsuchiya Moriakira. He was succeeded by Ouchi Koresato.
