Ou Qisheng (died 1878) was a Chinese-American triad gangster who was affiliated with the Fung Hai Tong in 1870s San Francisco. In 1878, he and two other Fung Hai henchmen were sent by Zing Yuen to punish SFPD sergeant Bill O'Hara for severing his ties with them by killing his family, but, with the help of officer Richard Lee and his own wife Lucy O'Hara, Bill O'Hara was able to kill all three hatchet-men before sending his family into hiding.
