Otis Norcross (2 November 1811-5 September 1882) was the Republican Mayor of Boston from 7 January 1867 to 6 January 1868, succeeding Frederic W. Lincoln Jr. and preceding Nathaniel B. Shurtleff.

Otis Norcross was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1811. Formerly a Cotton Whig, he served on the Board of Aldermen from 1862 to 1865 and as Mayor from 1867 to 1868. His stiffness of virtue resulted in his defeat for re-election, and he died in 1882.
