Osvaldo Urrutia (28 November 1951-) was a Chilean UDI deputy from 14 March 2014.

Osvaldo Urrutia Soto was born in Concepcion, Chile in 1951, and he worked as a businessman before entering politics with the Independent Democratic Union, serving as Mayor of Puchuncavi from 1983 to 1989, and serving in the Chamber of Deputies from 2014.
