Orlando Gambio (born 1897) was an Italian-American truck driver who drove racket trucks for the Barzini crime family in Manhattan, New York City during the 1940s. In 1946, Corleone crime family associate Aldo Trapani ambushed his truck on Second Avenue in Midtown, killed his guards Federico Boccio and Agosto Bindello, and interrogated Gambio, who revealed the location of a racket to Trapani before being set free.
