
Orazio Vitelli (died 14 April 1478) was a Tuscan condotierro.
Biography[]
Orazio Vitelli was born in the countryside of Tuscany in Italy and became a mercenary leader in the service of Monteriggioni. Extremely loyal to his master Mario Auditore, Orazio made friends with his nephew Ezio Auditore da Firenze, and fought under him in the Battle of San Gimignano on 14 April 1478. He was killed in battle with Pazzi mercenaries, and his last words were praising Ezio's bravery in battle.
