Operation Tullahoma (3 July 1969) was a failed Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) covert operation that had the goal of destroying a Soviet relay dish in the Russian SFSR. The Black Ops team was held back by a team of skilled Spetsnaz operatives in close-quarters combat, with the Soviets protecting the building underneath the dish and holding off Black Ops attacks. The operation was called off due to heavy Soviet resistance, and the Soviets maintained control of the dish.
