Operation Silent Spade was a covert United States military operation conducted in Bolivia in July 2019. Russian ultranationalists from Raven's Rock helped the Bolivian Army mine uranium in exchange for a share of it, and America dispatched its elite Ghost Recon special forces team to prevent the Russians from transporting any uranium back to their homeland.

Colonel Scott Mitchell, commander of Ghost Recon, came to Bolivia's Media Luna province to personally coordinate the mission. He temporarily reassigned Major Anthony Perryman's squad from Operation Kingslayer for an internal Ghost operation aimed at preventing a Russian helicopter from leaving MOB Condor with the uranium. John Kozak infiltrated the base using Skell Tech's new optical camouflage, while Perryman base-jumped from a nearby cliffside and parachuted into the base. The Americans stealthily made their way into the base, and Perryman captured and interrogated the Russian helicopter pilot Anton Kunin for the codes needed to access the helicopter's controls. Afterwards, the Americans disabled the base's SAM system before escaping in the helicopter carrying the Bolivian uranium. The helicopter was flown at low altitude through several canyons to evade detection by Bolivian SAM systems, but the Ghosts soon attracted the attention of La Unidad for flying without identifying themselves. Unidad sent three attack helicopters after the Americans, but Perryman was able to evade the other helicopter's missiles and land at a Kataris 26 rally point, from which the CIA extracted the uranium shipment.
