Operation Agamemnon was a Colombian law enforcement operation launched in 2015 with the objective of apprehending the Clan del Golfo leader Dairo Antonio "Otoniel" Usuga. In the largest manhunt in Colombian history, 1,200 Colombian National Police personnel - supported by Black Hawk helicopters and the Colombian Army - targeted the clan's regional lieutenants before tracking down Usuga to the Uraba Antioquia region near the Panamanian border. In October 2021, hundreds of troops, 20 helicopters, and 10 UAVs attacked Usuga's hideout, capturing the drug lord and severely weakening the country's largest BACRIM organization.
