The Sultanate of Oman is a country located in the southeastern portion of the Arabian Peninsula. The Al Sayid Dynasty was founded in 1744 after the Persians were driven out of Oman and the country was ruled by Imams. Today, it is a peaceful land with Muscat as the capital. Its predominant belief is Muslim, although Judaism and Animism were also practiced in the southern Arabian peninsula as well.

Founded in 1744, the Al Said dynasty gained independence from the Afsharid Empire of Persia, founded by Nadir Shah, and had its capital at Muscat. With influence on parts of the Horn of Africa as well as some islands in the Indian Ocean, Oman was a peaceful empire and was independent through its whole history. Today, it is still at peace, with no problems in the country.
