Olouros

Olouros was a town in the Ancient Greek region of Achaea. The town, located among the Erymanthos Peaks, was dependent upon Pellene for much of its history, and it was later converted into a fortress. The fortress served as a seat of power for the rulers of Achaea during the Peloponnesian War, during which both Athenian and Spartan troops would garrison the strongpoint whenever they were in control of the region.
