Ollie Baxter (1839-1898) was an American outlaw who was affiliated with the white supremacist Louisiana Raiders paramilitary group in Livingston Parish, Louisiana during the 1890s. In 1898, he and Luke Dixon were killed in a shootout with the Arizona Kid outside of Sidney Talley's farm in Killian while attempting to interfere with the Arizona Kid's mail delivery.
