Oleg Viktorovich Boyko (28 September 1964-) was a Russian oligarch who served as president of the Finstar Financial Group.
Biography
Oleg Boyko was born in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union on 28 September 1964. He was educated at the Moscow Aviation Institution before working at Moscow State University during the 1980s, and he worked in banking, financial services, retail, leisure, heavy industry, media, and technology. He partnered with Alexander Abramov in a steel mill venture, and he would go on to found the Finstar Financial Group, which became very wealthy through entrepreneurship and investing. Boyko amassed a personal wealth of $1,300,000,000, and the US government listed him as a leading Russian tycoon in 2018.
