
Olav Magnusson of Norway (1099-22 December 1115) was King of Norway from 1103 to 22 December 1115, succeeding Magnus Barelegs and preceding Eystein I of Norway.
Biography[]
Olav Magnusson was born in Norway in 1099, the son of King Magnus Barelegs of Norway. He became King on his father's death in Ireland in 1103, and, from 1107 to 1111, his brother Sigurd the Crusader led a crusade to support the Kingdom of Jerusalem in the Levant. Olav fell ill and died in 1115 at the age of 16.
