
Odetta Gallerani (born 1440) was a Florentine courtesan and the partner of Matteo Fosco.
Biography[]
Odetta Gallerani was born in Florence, Republic of Florence in 1440, and she found employment as a prostitute. She became the partner of Matteo Fosco, a thief who was associated with the House of Auditore, and she was introduced to Ezio Auditore da Firenze in 1476, when he delivered Fosco a letter; Gallerani said that he looked exactly like his father. She would meet him for the last time when Giovanni Auditore da Firenze and the other males of Ezio's immediate family were hanged, and Fosco urged Auditore to run as fast as he could.
