The October 2023 Tulkarm incursion occurred in October 2023, when the Israel Defense Forces raided the Palestinian city of Tulkarm and the Tulkarm and Nur Shams refugee camps in conjunction with Operation Iron Swords in Gaza.

IDF forces began their incursion into Tulkarm at 3 AM on 19 October 2023, concentrating their operations in the Nur Shams camp. A group of Israeli bulldozers bulldozed the streets inside and around the camp, destroying its infrastructure, and military helicopters served as air cover for the first time since the Second Intifada. The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades targeted the IDF soldiers with explosive devices, while the PIJ's al-Quds Brigades' Tulkarm Battalion also engaged the IDF. An Israeli officer was killed and 9 soldiers injured by a Palestinian IED. By 20 October 2023, a number of other Palestinian battalions were able to reach Tulkarm and support the PIJ's Tulkarm Brigade in its fighting. At 7 AM on 20 October 2023, Israeli forces withdrew from the city after 30 hours of destructive fighting. 13 Palestinians, including 5 children, were killed in the fighting.
